Kashian Bros (KBW Flooring, LLC d/b/a Kashian Bros) sends appointment reminder text messages to customers who have booked a service visit with us and have told us the number they gave us is a mobile we may text.

What you get

One text the evening before your scheduled appointment, giving the arrival window. If your appointment is rescheduled, we may text you about that. We do not send offers, promotions or advertising on this program.

Message frequency

One message per scheduled appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Kashian Bros does not charge for these messages.

To stop

Reply STOP to any message, call us at (847) 251-1200, or email info@kashianbros.com. You may use any of these; we do not require one particular method. We will stop within ten business days and normally the same day.
