SMS Text Message Consent

Kashian Bros only texts customers who agree to receive appointment reminders. When you call us to book an appointment, our team reads the following before adding your number for text reminders:

“Is the number you gave me a mobile we can text? Kashian Bros will send you a one-time confirmation text, then one reminder the evening before each appointment with your arrival window, plus a notice if your appointment is rescheduled. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Our text message terms are at kashianbros.com/sms-terms and our privacy policy is at kashianbros.com/privacy. Is it OK for us to text you?”

We record your answer, your mobile number, the date and time, and the name of the team member who asked.

After you give consent by phone, we send a one-time confirmation text. You must reply YES to that text to confirm before any reminders are sent — so you opt in twice: once by phone, and once by text. Only customers who confirm both ways receive reminders.
