SMS Text Message Consent

Kashian Bros only texts customers who agree to receive appointment reminders. When you call us to book an appointment, our team reads the following before adding your number for text reminders:

“Is the number you gave me a mobile we can text? Kashian Bros will send one reminder the evening before your appointment with the arrival window, and a text if your appointment is rescheduled. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time.”

We record your answer, your mobile number, the date and time, and the name of the team member who asked.

Customers who book through a written proposal receive the same disclosure in our Terms and Conditions and provide their mobile number on the signature page.
